Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free standard shipping is available on all US orders over $50.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
- Estimated Delivery: 10–21 business days (varies by country)
- Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
